Incubator for training, entrepreneurship, and professional development

Building on 36 years of experience supporting individuals with Mental Health conditions and disabilities, Associació ARAPDIS takes a decisive step towards a new model of social and labor integration through the Observatory for Innovation and Quality of Life (OIQU).

Located in Barcelona’s Gràcia district, the OIQU is an innovative, accessible, and community-oriented facility spanning over 1,000 m², designed to transform the professional lives of 900 beneficiaries annually.

Our Objective

To foster recovery, personal autonomy, and empowerment through high-quality employment, tailored training, and inclusive entrepreneurship—overcoming social stigma and structural workplace barriers.

What we offer?

      • Individual Professional Development Plan: Personalized guidance and career orientation.

      • Entrepreneurship Incubator & Mentoring: End-to-end guidance from business concept to execution, including a shared coworking space.

      • Training and Skill Building (ARAPDIS Generation): Reskilling programs, digital skills, and practical AI tools.

      • Support and advisory services for inclusive hiring.

      • Rental of versatile event and meeting spaces.

    • For Research and the Community:

      • Impuls-LAB Observatory: Gathering, analyzing, and disseminating data on entrepreneurship and Mental Health in partnership with academic and research institutions.
