“Your mental health is also an emergency.”

Today, February 11, we celebrate the International Day of 112, the European emergency number. This number reminds us that in the face of any danger, we have a service at our disposal that can save our lives.

But what about our mental health?

Mental health is just as important as physical health. And just like in a physical emergency, we also need help when our mental health is in danger.

You are not alone.

If you are going through a difficult time, remember that you are not alone. There are people who care about you and want to help you.

Don’t hesitate to ask for help.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Talking to someone you trust, whether it’s a friend, family member or a mental health professional, can make all the difference.

Resources at your disposal.

In addition to 112 for physical emergencies, there are specific resources for mental health that you can turn to:

  • Hope Telephone: 93 414 48 48
  • Mental Health associations: Look for associations in your area that offer support and resources.
  • Mental Health professionals: Psychologists, psychiatrists…

Remember:

Your Mental Health is a priority. Don’t neglect it.
