In the Emotional Management group, we are doing a very interesting exercise: remembering those activities that made us happy and that, for “X” reasons, we have stopped doing. Write it down on a piece of paper that we will leave in a little box, and the day we feel down, we will take out a piece of paper and force ourselves to do the activity.
It will be a shot of positive energy!
It is a time to reflect on what brings us joy and how we can recover these little things that make us feel good.
