Today the SRC activities have been suspended…

Because we have taken a first aid course, the entire Arapdis team!

We have learned to react to different emergencies and learned new techniques from Carla, the nurse who came to give us the training.

Thanks to her, we feel more confident to help in any situation and we are more prepared to help others.

🆘A brief summary of the PNA: Protect, Notify, Assist

It is the basic sequence of action in first aid. This action allows us to act quickly and effectively in an emergency, minimizing the risks for the victim and for ourselves.

1️⃣Protect: Assess the situation and ensure the safety of the victim and the rescuers.

2️⃣Notify: Contact the emergency services (112) and provide clear and precise information about the situation.

3️⃣Assist: Provide first aid to the victim, as long as there is no danger to ourselves.

🔊Remember:

▫️Stay calm: Stress can make it difficult to act.

▫️Assess the situation: Identify the problem and act accordingly.

▫️Don’t improvise: If you are not sure how to act, do not hesitate to call 112.

With these simple guidelines, you can make a difference and save lives.
